Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Amp Intelligence platform ("Platform") operated by Amp Intelligence ("we", "us", or "our"), accessible at tryamp.in.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Amp Intelligence provides an AI-powered cricket coaching analysis platform. Users may upload video footage of their cricket technique, which is analysed by our pipeline to generate biomechanical coaching reports including KPI scores, player card ratings, strengths, priority fixes, and drill prescriptions.

The Platform is intended for informational and coaching improvement purposes only. Reports generated are based on AI analysis and should be used as guidance alongside, not as a replacement for, qualified human coaching.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. Users under the age of 18 should have parental or guardian consent before using the Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Certain features of the Platform require account registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

By uploading video footage or other content to the Platform, you grant Amp Intelligence a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, and analyse such content for the purposes of generating your coaching report and improving our AI models.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to upload the content.
• The content does not violate any third-party rights including privacy, intellectual property, or publicity rights.
• You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals who appear in the footage.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Participants in the Amp Intelligence pilot programme agree to use the Platform in good faith and provide honest feedback to assist in product development.

Pilot access is provided free of charge during the pilot period. Letters of Intent signed during the pilot period represent an expression of willingness to become a paying customer post-pilot and do not constitute a binding commercial agreement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate pilot access at our discretion.

All content, technology, software, algorithms, KPI scoring models, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of Amp Intelligence and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

Your coaching reports are generated for your personal use. You may share individual reports but may not commercialise or republish them without our consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Upload content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

The coaching reports and analysis provided by Amp Intelligence are generated by AI and are intended for educational and improvement guidance purposes only. They do not constitute professional sports, medical, or physiotherapy advice.

Amp Intelligence expressly disclaims any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from reliance on coaching reports without consultation with a qualified professional.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Cricket is a physically demanding sport. Any changes to technique based on our coaching reports should be implemented gradually and with care. We recommend consulting a qualified coach, physiotherapist, or sports medicine professional before making significant technical changes, particularly for pace bowlers given the injury risk flags included in our reports.

Amp Intelligence is not liable for any physical injury or health consequences arising from the use of our coaching reports.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amp Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

You may discontinue using the Platform at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.

For users in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
